Responsibilities
This role could be perfect for someone looking for 25-30hours per week. Flexible morning/afternoon hours, Monday - Friday—ideal for those seeking flexibility, such as parents or those returning to the workforce
Working directly w/ the business owners and other senior management, daily responsibilities will involve Bookkeeping, HR and other office administrative tasks at the Barriques headquarters office.
Requirements
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Can complete work with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Be flexible in adapting to the changing needs and requirements of our small business - High School Diploma or equivalent required, Business College or HR training preferred
- Prior food service and/or café experience a plus but not required
- Minimum of one to two years in Bookkeeping, HR and/or Office Administration preferred.
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable systems, experience with accounting software like Peachtree or Quickbooks, proficiency with Word and Excel or their Google Doc equivalents required.
- Past experience with basic HR responsibilities including onboarding, benefits, compliance & payroll is a plus.
Solid internet skills, including use of e-mail, group messaging and other web based applications
Interest in our business and the products we sell with a strong desire to learn more - Have the ability to deliver superior customer service to the internal managers and staff you will regularly be interacting with
Employment Type: Part-time to Full-time
Salary: $20 - $30/hr DOE
